Fall Leadership Conferences are dynamic, one-day events designed to energize chapter members and kickstart the school year. Held regionally across the state, these conferences provide student leaders with the tools, knowledge, and motivation to lead successful chapters, explore career pathways, and grow as emerging professionals.

Conference Highlights

  • Three CTSO state officers on stage leading the Opening Session while students and advisors participate from the audience.

    Opening Session

    Start the day with a high-energy general session featuring speakers and student leaders who will inspire attendees to lead with purpose and passion.

  • A group of students engaged in a hands-on activity during a breakout session.

    Breakout Sessions & Workshops

    Students will engage in a variety of interactive workshops focused on leadership development, CTSO involvement, team building, and career readiness.

  • A room full of advisors participating in a professional development session.

    Advisor Professional Development

    Advisors will participate in dedicated sessions designed to provide program updates, share best practices, and support classroom and chapter success.

This event is open to affiliated DECA, FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, HOSA, SkillsUSA, and TSA members.
