Chapter Officer Leadership Training (COLT) is a high-energy, collaborative leadership experience hosted by Tennessee’s Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs). Designed specifically for current and future local chapter officers, COLT provides hands-on training in leadership, teamwork, and chapter management. Through interactive workshops and teambuilding activities, student leaders leave COLT better prepared to lead their chapters, build strong teams, and make a lasting impact throughout the school year.

Chapter Management Sessions
Student leaders will participate in interactive workshops focused on essential skills such as communication, goal setting, delegation, and chapter planning. These sessions are designed to equip officers with the tools needed to lead effectively throughout the year.

The Leadership Games
Team-building activities create a fun and engaging environment for chapter officers to connect with one another, practice collaboration, and strengthen leadership abilities in an interactive camp setting.

Advisor Learning & Collaboration
Chapter advisors will attend professional learning sessions that focus on chapter support, program implementation, and advisor best practices. It’s also a valuable opportunity to network and share ideas with fellow educators.

This event is open to DECA, FBLA, FCCLA, HOSA, SkillsUSA, and TSA chapter officers and leaders.
Cost
Registration: $200 per person (includes lodging, meals, supplies, activities, and t-shirt)
